At the moment, we have identical definitions for CTL_MACHDEP_NAMES in
both alpha/include/alpha.h and alpha/include/cpu.h.  In all other ports
(except for the 68k port-independant file), cpu.h is used - any objects
to nuking the definition in alpha.h?
