I wish i saved my bootptab that worked on my 3000/300.  Only thing I
see missing might be :bs=auto.  Everything else looks appropriate.

Am I reading this right?  SRM firmware version 3.3?  You might want to try
something a little more recent.  I have SRM 7.0 on mine with no problems.  That
might be mucking up your netboot.
