Well, I just set netscrape up my Alpha, so I thought that I might throw
out a first pass at the page.  Short form, my /emul/osf1 seems to get
netscape working.  I noticed that some variants of svc.conf cause netscape
to generate a bad system call -- it was either the hosts=local,bind,yp
line or the passwd=local line.  I changed both, I'll try to narrow that
down, ktrace it, and provide info on it.

I got the contents of:
/usr/shlib
/etc/sia

and got the files:

/emul/osf1/shlib/libc.so
/emul/osf1/sbin/loader
/emul/osf1/usr/ccs/lib/cmplrs/otabase/libots.so
/emul/osf1/etc/svc.conf

But, this should get netscape 4.61 working.
