This was happening to me, too.  I "fixed" the problem by deleting all
the source files in /usr/src/sbin/rtsol and re-doing the "make build".
(I may have done another sup, I don't know.)  That compiled cleanly.

Now if only I could get pppd to stop rebooting the (NetBSD) PPP
server I use... ;-)
