Linux-alpha has functions in libc named bus_base() and bus_base_sparse()
that apparently return the base address of the (PCI???) bus.

This is one of the last things I need solve in order to get XFree86
3.9.x to link.

Naturally I'm ultimately prepared to get the linux kernel and libc
sources to figure this out, but it'd be faster if someone already knows
the answer to this.

I'm using 1.4 if it matters, on an EBP30 (PC64+).
