  I've seen this as well - with both a 3C905B-TX and 3C980-TX.  I've only
seen it when there's been a lot of network activity - when I've run
xscreensaver on my PC164 and displaying on my Amiga.  I haven't seen it
when I wasn't running xscreensaver, but the network activity has been
relatively light in that case.
