port-alpha: OSF/1 Libraries - where can I get them?

I've got my nice little Alpha box up and running NetBSD 1.4 (thanks
in large part to the help from this list).  Now, I'd like to get
Navigator running.  But the package says it requires that I have
the OSF/1 libraries loaded.  So, where are they?  :)
