It sure is...  I'm successfully booting my 3000/400 now with v7.0.  :)

I'm using dhcpd instead of bootpd:

group {
	always-reply-rfc1048 on;
	use-host-decl-names on;

	host aragorn {
		hardware ethernet 08:00:2b:39:91:81;
		option root-path "nb/aragorn/root";
		option host-name "aragorn";
		filename "aragorn/netboot";

if you have server-name defined, it _doesn't_ work...
