go to the NetBSD/alpha web page, from there go to my docs collection
page, and look at EK-D3SYS-PM.

That manual contains canonical information about the TC speeds in the
various 3000-family boxes.

(i'd look at it myself and tell you, but i don't have a PostScript
viewer here.  8-)
