The "make release/snapshot" target does not do a "checkflist". This misses
files that were installed by the build process but are not listed in the
src/distrib/sets lists. It will catch files that are so listed but are not
(or no longer) built by the build process; "pax" will complain about "no
such file".

In addition, the "make release/snapshot" target does not build the release
notes or the ancilliary installation software (e.g. miniroot).
