Hi folks!

I've just committed a working floppy driver for NetBSD/alpha.  After
Charles committed some fixes to the extent allocator, the DMA problems
I was having before went away, and it works great!

I've tested it on an AlphaStation 500 (CIA chipset).  I would appreciate
reports from others with different PCI chipsets.
