I am now netbooting my Multias.  I find that I must use a -current
kernel, I think that the last snapshot is good enough.  I also use
slightly modified bootblocks, as per PR/6446.  If you check out
http://www.imrryr.org/alpha/multia_boot.html, there is a form that
will send you a setnetbooted hacked netboot that is what does the
trick on all of my multias.
