I got Craig Leres to compile Van Jacobson's pathchar on netbsd/alpha
and put it up for anonymous ftp.  pathchar attempts to characterize an
internet path.  It's an alpha, binary only, test version and comes
with almost no documentation.  But it's a useful network test tool.

It's available at:

It was compiled on yesterday's -current.
