Since my PC164SX has a USB port, I thought I'd try to build
a kernel with USB support.

First problem was that no <machine/mouse.h> existed but after
looking at the versions in various ports, I decided to copy
the i386 version. (I still have no idea why this should be
port specific instead of being MI).

It turns out that the SRM does not assign an IRQ to the USB
function of the Cypress chip so the ohci driver fails trying
to establish an interrupt.

Oh well.
