So, while waiting for mozilla, there are various alternatives that would
be a step up from lynx, and even if they didn't work, they would be easier
to work on and fix than mozilla.

You can see Arena and Mosaic in the packages collection. Also, most of
the scripting languages have a toy browser application. Grail (Python)
has its own NetBSD package. I think you get S-Scape (Scheme) when you
install STk. Plume (Tcl/Tk) can be downloaded from http://tcltk.anu.edu.au/.
ISTR hearing about a Perl one somewhere.
