Speaking of 21140 NICs, has anybody ever been able to get a DEC 21143 NIC
into Full Duplex 100base-TX mode? 

All of my Digital Personal Workstations have 21143's integrated.  They
are identified as 'DEC 21143 [10-100Mb/s] pass 3.0'
