Shoot! :-)

I've now done some more testing, with and without Jason's CIA changes
(cia.c:1.46, cia_pci.c:1.23, and ciavar.h:1.15); this is a summary of
the encountered problems:

* PCIIDE doesn't work. It probes, but doesn't find the IDE CD-ROM, and
  the system grinds to a halt before entering single user mode (isa
  IDE works fine though)

* The built-in ethernet doesn't work. It probes, it can be ifconfiged,
  but fails to transmit or receive any packets. The connected hub
  suggests it has link, so it's probably not a media problem.

* The shipped Qlogic 1040 SCSI controller works less than perfect. I
  saw timeouts before, now it mostly hangs. The changed behaviour
  could be because I have changed some aspect of config file or moved
  disks around, but I don't really think so. I'll debug some more
  tomorrow.

* Adaptec 2940 works.

* DEFPA works.

* It's not obvious that the CIA changes make a big difference. :-)

Some more (fairly long) traces, and my current config file below.

/Johan
