Which version or versions of the SRM for the DEC 164 LX motherboard
appears to work well?  We're having suspicious machine checks that make me
think the PAL code maybe doesn't properly work with my hardware. 

Basically, if someone has been working with dual adaptec controllers and 
a de500 ethernet card on a 164 LX motherboard with good luck, I'd be very 
interested to know which SRM rev you're running.
