I've tried an old ET4000 ISA card in an AS200 once,
and it worked as console.
I think your chances are good that a random VGA
card will just work. (It might be a good idea to be
conservative, however.)

Perhaps as second card if you find a driver.
The BIOS doesn't know hot to initialize it, so it's
useless as console.
