anyone get xemacs 20.4 to compile on netbsd/alpha 1.3?

mine bombs out here:
unexalpha.c:35: filehdr.h: No such file or directory
unexalpha.c:36: aouthdr.h: No such file or directory
unexalpha.c:37: scnhdr.h: No such file or directory
unexalpha.c:38: syms.h: No such file or directory
