With the latest firmware from dec's ftp site I am able to netboot,
disklabel, newfs, and install all the tarballs onto an AlphaPC 164lx
using IDE. It seems to work..

However, when I go to use installboot, it reports a memory fault. Is
this a known problem with the snapshot? Or most likely the chipset,
or IDE drivers..

Also, a while ago CGD mentioned writing the support code for the lx
chipset soon. What is the status of this?

Either way, I thought it would be worth mentioning that NetBSD gets
this far on the lx boards with an IDE disk. :)
