Hi folks...

I've just changed the Alpha port to use BOOTP for NFS root mounts,
rather than RARP/bootparams.

Just an FYI... This shouldn't break anything, since you already have
to configure BOOTP because the SRM console and the NetBSD/alpha boot
programs use it.
