So, I had the same problem the other day, but it was after the machine
had been up for several months.
Oh I forgot, before it started dying on a regular basis, I once got
the following message on console:
DANGER WILL ROBINSON: FEN SET IN cpu_fork!
??
Oh well. Is there anywhere I can a compiled alpha kernel without the
excessive device options that come with generic distribution as a last
ditch attempt? I'd really hate to have to through this box out. Its
so teeny and cute.
