I'm using the de driver on noname with -current:

NetBSD 1.2C (NETBSD2) #4: Thu Mar  6 12:05:17 EST 1997

but the card I have is different (mine has a 21040 on it according
to dmesg), so I kept quiet.

de0 works for me. 8-)

The problem must be a combination of 21041 and de.
