So, anybody out there get the 'your firmware is too old' message while
trying to netboot?

I've got what i'd like to think is a workaround for this (based on
some of my earlier experimentation with netbooting), but i need it
tested before I check it in.

If you send me your ethernet address, i'll send you a 'netboot' binary
which may or may not work.  (probably "will not" work, but should get
closer to working, and will enable me to make some changes so
hopefully it _will_ work...)
