An updated snapshot is now available on ftp.netbsd.org, and will
undoubtedly be moving out to mirrors in the next couple of days.

The new snapshot is dated 951017.  Don't settle for anything earlier.

As noted in another message: You can no longer update your boot blocks
and boot program with disklabel and by copying /usr/mdec/boot to /.
You now _NEED_ to run /usr/mdec/installboot on the new boot program,
after copying it to /.  Old boot programs will still work, but i
encourage you to upgrade; the new boot block is much more sane, in
some ways.
