Please, review heimdall and py-memcached

Two packages here: heimdall and py-memcached. heimdall has the possibility of
bricking your phone, so test at risk. py-memcached seems ready to live with the 
other language bindings for memcached in HEAD, but needs someone who has that 
environment setup for testing.
