Please review wip/irssi-xmpp

Hello pkgsrc-wip community!
Some months ago I have imported irssi-xmpp, an irssi plugin to connect to the
Jabber network that uses the Loudmouth libray.

If you are an irssi and Jabber user please give a look to this package!
For bitlbee user (but not only) I suggest to:

 /SET xmpp_status_window ON

In this way there is a window that displays all the status change of your
contacts.
