Please review wip/gcc45

Hi,

I have updated wip/gcc45 to 4.5.2 and fixed the package by
using math/mpcomplex from normal pkgsrc, instead of the no
longer existing one from wip. I have also added three patches
necessary to fix bugs on NetBSD. Works on NetBSD 5.1 and
current (both i386).
