It also used in mk/plist/plist-locale.awk,
and other functionals may be introduced in the future.

For safe side, mk/find-prefix.mk should be included at just below
"FIND_PREFIX" definition, or it may be rewrote somewhere else.

And don't miss adding "pkg-config" to USE_TOOLS :)
