Please review Tor 0.2.0.30 (stable release)

Hi,

please review tor 0.2.0.30.
If it's okay, I hope it makes its way to the real pkgsrc soon, 
since it now Tor 0.2.0.x is now the stable branch and brings a 
lot of new (really needed!) features and bug fixes.

This package never caused problems. The only problem I had was 
caused because I removed a dash in the Makefile (by accident). I 
haven't been aware of this, because it caused no problems on my 
setup. It was found because of the latest bulk build (thanks!).
