Updated py-jabber-msnt checked in

I've just checked in an update py-jabber-msnt.  This brings it
up to 0.11.1, released this week.

I've got it up and running on jabber.cirr.com (as
msn.jabber.cirr.com) and it seems to be playing well.  Please
test and let me know of any problems!
