joomla ready for prime time

Hi Folks,
    I have pkg'ed joomla and it is ready for prime time. Could someone
please check and commit. Thanks in advance.

    BTW, I made the package as a sub-site for an apache server even thoug=

this is the sort of package that is usually is run at document root point=
.
This is so it doesn't colide with pre-existing sites and apache
administrators
know what they're doing here.

    This pkg should probably be refined with some security review at some
stage. Wanted to get it going first
