USE_TOOLS and nm/ldd

Hi all,

I have a package that relies on nm and ldd at
build/configure/install time. Do I need to add these "tools" to the
pkgsrc Makefile in USE_TOOLS or something similar? I have assumed i don't need to to date but just want to check.
