Why you want to use sudo here?

Make sure your p5-Test-WWW-Mechanize-CGIApp/Makefile is up-to-date.
Run the following to test
   cd p5-Test-WWW-Mechanize-CGIApp
   cvs status Makefile

If it is not, run 'cvs up Makefile'

> I update Makefile with recent p5-Test-WWW-Mechanize-CGIApp  package
