Seconded.  The only direct advantage of svn over cvs is the ability to
rename/move files and dirs, the rest is just fluff.  

Also, pkgsrc-wip is here for people to "learn" developing for pkgsrc.
Using cvs is an important part of that, which we would lose when converting
pksgrc-wip to svn.
