Hi, we don't need the prefix "./" of configure.pl now.
And we don't need to set REPLACE_PERL if we have CONFIG_SHELL.
Here are my prefer settings -
USE_TOOLS+=             perl:run
HAS_CONFIGURE=          yes
CONFIGURE_SCRIPT=       configure.pl
CONFIG_SHELL=           ${LOCALBASE}/bin/perl
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --prefix=${PREFIX:Q}

However, your pkg works. :)
