IIUC, you fixed this by using the Debian tarball.
Leaving the target in would have been a solution too, but
this one's better.

I added an RMD160 checksum to the distinfo file and fixed the
CATEGORIES variable (it should contain the category in which
the package should be imported in pkgsrc, not wip). From a pkgsrc
POV, this package is now complete.

I tried it out the package, and I'm not quite sure why one would
want a motif-enabled xterm :) Anyway, if you want, I can import
it to pkgsrc now. Either way I'm sure you learned something about
packaging for pkgsrc :)
