Update to 0.7.4.1:

v0.7.4.1

New:

    Added scrollbars around folder list and device list, fixing display on small screens

Fixes:

    starting syncthing-gtk.py from directory unicode characters in path
    moved filemanager emblems to where specification expects them
    invalid links and typos

New stuff:

    displaying "(watch)" next to folder's rescan interval if filesystem watching is enabled
    added support for extenal and trashcan versioning
    added --nostdownloader argument to setup.py, for disabling Syncthing updater on "compile" time. (see #170)

Fixes:

    compatibility with non-GNU nice command (thanks @Somasis)
    filesystem watcher not reporting files with space in path
    crash on Windows with GTKHeader is enabled
