Import py-django-registration-1.0 as wip/py-django-registration.

django-registratio is a simple application which provides flexible
user registration for Django-based projects. The default setup
implements a fairly common workflow:

  1. User signs up for account.
  2. User receives an email containing instructions for activating
     the account.
  3. User activates and begins using the site.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/py-django-registration/COMMIT_MSG \
    wip/py-django-registration/DESCR wip/py-django-registration/Makefile \
