Import org-caldav-0.0nb20130912 as wip/org-caldav-git.

Caldav sync for Emacs Orgmode

Tested CalDAV servers: Owncloud, Google Calendar.

Also reported to be working: SOGo.

TODO:
Packages fine, completely untested, and a git package anyway, so
no chance to import it as-is.
