Added Files:
        wip/rsyslog5/files: rsyslog.conf

Log Message:
 - Provide reasonable and useful configuration file (based on rsyslog.conf
   and syslog.conf from NetBSD 5.1)
 - New rc.d script - it correctly handles socket chroot dirs (like syslogd do)
 - Install HTML documentation.
