Import into wip/ipax0208font-ttf

Log Message:
Import ipax0208font-00103 as wip/ipax0208font-ttf.

This package contains TrueType IPA Gothic font, IPA P Gothic font, IPA
UI Gothic font, IPA Mincho font, and  IPA P Mincho font. Kanji
characters in these fonts are based on JIS X 0208-1997.
IPA is for Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan.

I changed PKGNAME fonts to font, DISTNAME was font.
