Update to xclipboard-1.1.0. Changes:
Add README with pointers to mailing lists, bugzilla, & git
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
Enable #ifdef XKB code to call XkbStdBell() if libxkbfile is found
Rename .cvsignore to .gitignore
Add *~ to .gitignore to skip patch/emacs droppings
Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log
xaw8 is gone, use xaw7
Build fix for file systems that are not case sensitive
Added missing AM_PROG_CC_C_O
Use AM_CFLAGS instead of {xclipboard,xcutsel}_CFLAGS and remove AM_PROG_CC_C_O
Fix build with builddir != srcdir
$(builddir) is the current directory
Ansification and compile warning fixes.
Add UTF-8 support.
Fix UTF-8 support.
