Import into wip/py-papyros

Log Message:
Import py25-papyros-0.2.1 as wip/py-papyros.

Small platform independent parallel processing package. It provides a
simple uniform interface for executing tasks concurrently in multiple threads
or processes, locally or on remote hosts.
