Update to 0.14.

Changes:
0.14    2008-09-21
        Module now traps and reports errors with the JSON decoding. This helps
                if for some reason api.php returns an error (such as a PHP 
error)
                rather than JSON formatted data. Thanks to Steve Sanbeg for this
                patch.
