Import into wip/cedet

Import cedet-1.0pre4 as wip/cedet.

CEDET is a collection of tools written with the end goal of creating
an advanced development environment in Emacs.

Base Tools are:
  * EIEIO: Enhanced Implementation of Emacs Interpreted Objects
  * Semantic
  * CEDET/common

User Interface Tools are:
  * Speedbar
  * EDE: Emacs Development Environment
  * COGRE: COnnected GRaph Editor
