Upgrade to version 2.2 RC4.

Add new widgets: textbox, graph, progress bar, taglist, focustitle, tasklist, 
iconbox, layoutinfo, netwmicon.
We can now have several statusbar.
New uicb: focusclientbyname.
Partial EWMH support.
Switch to autotools based build system.
