beta version of devel/libevent

Changes from devel/libevent (Version: 1.3dnb2)
- updated to latest version
- made new patches, where still needed
  (I used what I found in patches/, but I'm not a C programmer)
- made some tiny changes to Makefile and updated distinfo/PLIST
