Import into wip/dvd2xvid

Log Message:
dvd2xvid is a simple (for the time being) GUI for MEncoder.
Its main goal is to encode video DVDs into the popular Xvid format.

Features:
    * Title selection
    * Selection of language and subtitle
    * Batch processing
    * Shutdown option
    * Merging of video files
    * Time of start and end
    * Preview title, language and subtitle
    * Saving the settings
    * German and English mode
    * Change the encoder command
